POLICIES

Each session requires a non-refundable, non-transferrable booking fee due at time of booking. No dates are held or considered booked without this fee. Once paid, your session will be booked, and the remaining balance will be due the day of the session. A paid booking fee secures current session pricing.

Session fees include a limited number of digital files delivered through an online gallery. This fee is due at the time of your session. With each session, you have the option to purchase additional images or the entire gallery at an additional cost. There is also the option to purchase professional prints through me as well.

There are no refunds for booking fees. There are no refunds on session fees once images have been delivered.

Rescheduling is based on availability.

Outdoor sessions require proper weather and may need to be rescheduled due to rain, wind or snow.

Galleries are available for a limited time (as indicated in your email invitation to them) for you to view, select, purchase/download your images. There is a $25 fee to renew the gallery if under 6 months from your session. There is a $75 fee to renew galleries more than 6 months old.
